Bondz Maximum Adhesion Primer is an interior/exterior water-based primer that bonds any top coat, including solvent based and epoxies, to hard, dense surfaces. The fast-drying urethane modified acrylic formula can be top coated in just 2 hours, faster than other bonding primers.
